Máximo J. Ruano is originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, where he earned his Law Degree from the Catholic University of Uruguay. He began his career as a Paralegal and Junior Lawyer in Montevideo, gaining experience in Corporate, Banking, and Litigation departments. Specializing in Litigation and Procedural Law, Max then moved to Madrid to further his studies. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law and Legal Practice from el Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad de Nebrija. Max is currently an Account Manager & Legal Counsel at our Madrid office.
