Max Ruano comes from Montevideo, Uruguay. He attended the Universidad Católica del Uruguay where he received his Law Degree. Max began his career as a Paralegal and Junior Lawyer in Montevideo working for long-established law firms. He specialized in Litigation and Procedural Law for a couple of years and then decided to make a radical turn in his career. Feeling the need to expand his studies and professional experience he traveled to Spain. Once in Madrid, he earned a Master’s Degree in International Business Law and Legal Practice from el Centro de Estudios Garrigues in 2019. Always yearning for the opportunity of learning and acquiring new knowledge, during the covid lockdown Max pursued studies related to intellectual property focusing on Copyright Law for artists. Now he is working as the Legal Assistant on our team, assisting all of the attorneys in the firm with corporate matters, helping especially with legal research, drafting of legal documents, client support, handling paperwork, and attending different administrative procedures. In addition to his work on Incwell, he is asongwriter and lead singer and guitarist of Los Telepáticos, a rock band that plays in music venues throughout Madrid.
