Spain
Spain has embraced technology, using digital certificates for all tax filing. In Spain, we offer company formation for free when you prepay one year of accounting.
Italy
Italian notaries have been slow to accept the EU directives for simple company formation (SRLS), so company formation costs remain higher than in neighboring countries.
Belgium
A Belgian company starts with a bank account. Even for a small SRL, a business plan is required. Your type of business determines the amount of social capital you will need to provide for your company.
France
France is now one of the easiest countries in Europe to incorporate: just choose the name and type of company. The social capital can be as low as 1€ once registered in the GREFFE. For the SARL, no notary is required.

Incwell began in 2003 when a lawyer and a software engineer combined their expertise to create a uniquely technological law and accounting firm.
In 2008, we declared Incwell a paperless office: all documents that cannot be retrieved digitally are scanned, uploaded, and immediately available to our clients.
